Bruce brings over 25 years of commercial operations experience to CMG from his time spent in consumer packaged goods and consumer finance. Bruce has led teams focused on Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, New Product Development, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Warehousing & Transportation for companies from Bayer Consumer Care, Bank of America, Fleet Laboratories, and Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. Over the course of his career, Bruce has delivered brand building marketing and sales plans, integrated new brands into an existing portfolio, launched new products, played a leadership role in due diligence for brand acquisitions & divestitures and the sale of a company to private equity. Bruce works across disciplines within organizations to drive results and builds relationships with the retail trade and key suppliers to help enable success. Bruce received an undergraduate degree in economics from Denison University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. Bruce lives in Virginia with his family.
